What does Maison Aladdin actually do for my property?+
Three things, depending on what you choose. La Maison is full operations: guest communications, dynamic pricing, vendor coordination, monthly reporting. We treat your property the way we would treat our own. L'Audit is a one-time engagement to fix a property that has stopped performing or to launch a new one well. Le Cercle is an ongoing advisory membership for owners who want guidance and templates without full management.
What does management cost?+
La Maison starts at 22% of gross bookings. The exact rate depends on the property, the market, and the scope of services. We are not the cheapest. We are not trying to be. The owners who join us see 22 to 47 percent more revenue within ninety days, which is typically several times what they pay us.
Which markets do you work in?+
We currently take properties globally, with active operations in North America, Europe, North Africa, and the Levant. We do not operate everywhere. If your market is not one we already serve well, we will tell you honestly during the discovery call.
How is this different from a typical property management company?+
Most property management companies operate like a call center with a cleaning rotation. They scale by adding properties. Quality declines. We operate like a hospitality house. We turn down properties we do not believe in. Every property we take is run with the discipline of a five-star hotel. The model is editorial care over portfolio volume.
Can you take over an existing property mid-season?+
Yes. We do this often. The onboarding takes seven to fourteen days. We audit the listing, reset the pricing strategy, replace the guest communications, document operations, and brief your vendors. Future bookings are handled by us. Past confirmed bookings remain on your existing platform until checkout.
What is L'Audit and when should I consider it?+
L'Audit is a one-time diagnostic engagement starting at $1,499. We look at your listing, photography, pricing, communications, and operations. We tell you what is working, what is broken, and what would change if you fixed it. You walk away with a clear playbook. No management commitment. For owners who want expert eyes without signing a contract.
Do I lose control of my property?+
No. You own the property. You own the listing. You set the rules. We operate inside the constraints you give us. You get monthly reports with every booking, every dollar, every review. You can also see live numbers any time. We act as your operator. You remain the owner.
What is the first step?+

For Travelers
What does Maison Aladdin actually design?+
The full shape of a stay. We handpick the property. We design the itinerary. We secure reservations, transport, private guides, and the small details that make a journey feel made for you. You arrive. We have already begun.
Do you only design stays in your own properties?+
No. We design across thousands of vetted properties worldwide, including hotels, villas, riads, and private homes. We are not tied to a single inventory. Our job is to find the right property for the right person at the right time.
What does it cost?+
L'Atelier, our bespoke stay curation, starts at $2,500 per booking and scales with complexity. Le S\u00e9jour, concierge layered onto an existing booking, starts at $250 per stay. Le Voyage, annual membership for travelers who travel often, is $2,400 per year and includes priority access and bundled curation hours.
How is this different from a travel agent?+
Most travel agents book trips. We design them. The agent's job ends when the reservations are confirmed. Our job continues through arrival, in-stay, and departure, with a stay director available twenty-four hours during your trip. Agents work transactional. We work editorial.
How far in advance should I plan?+
For complex multi-stop journeys, six to twelve weeks gives us room to source the best properties and reservations. For shorter stays in a single destination, two to four weeks works. We have designed stays in seven days when needed. We tell you what is possible during the first call.
Can you arrange private jets, yachts, and event access?+
Yes. Private aviation, yacht charters, chauffeured transport, and access to invitation-only events are part of what we coordinate when the journey calls for it. We work with vetted partners worldwide. The proposal will reflect everything you want in one place.
Do you only work in luxury destinations?+
We work where the traveler wants to go. Some of our most thoughtful work has been in places no one would call luxury, designed for travelers who define luxury as quiet, care, and time, not marble.
What is the first step?+
A thirty-minute discovery call. Complimentary. No pitch. We learn what kind of memory you want to keep. We respond within forty-eight hours with a first sketch of the journey.

Who is behind Maison Aladdin?+
Aladdin. Nine years inside hospitality. Airbnb Superhost since 2017. Travel consultant designing private journeys. Operations lead for multi-property portfolios across two markets. Three languages. Maison Aladdin is the house he built to bring editorial care back to vacation rentals.
Why a hospitality house, and not just a management company or just a travel concierge?+
Because hospitality is two-sided. The owner builds the experience. The traveler receives it. Companies that serve only one side rarely understand the other. We serve both. The result is better operations for owners and better stays for travelers because each side informs the other.
How quickly do you reply to inquiries?+
Within ten minutes during waking hours. Always. The bio promises it. The brand requires it.
Do you handle press, podcasts, or partnerships?+

In what languages do you work?+
English. Arabic. French. Negotiations, communications, and on-the-ground operations happen fluently in all three.
How do you handle payment?+
For most services we accept secure card payment (Stripe), wire transfer, and ACH. For UHNW clients and higher-value engagements, we also accept cryptocurrency on request, including BTC, ETH, USDC, and USDT. Settlement is handled discreetly and is confirmed within twenty-four hours. Invoices are itemized. Receipts are immediate.
How do you handle privacy and discretion?+
As a default, with care. Owner identities, traveler details, property addresses, and journey specifics are never shared without explicit permission. Our marketing uses anonymized examples. NDAs available on request.
