These terms govern your use of our website and your engagement with us. By using the site, contacting us, or working with us in any capacity, you agree to them. If you cannot, we ask that you not engage — and we wish you well.
Maison Aladdin is a hospitality house. We manage vacation rentals (La Maison), audit and consult on properties (L'Audit), curate bespoke stays (L'Atelier), provide traveler concierge (Le Séjour), and offer three membership programs (Le Cercle, La Maison Club, Le Voyage). With a thirty-minute discovery call. If we agree to work together, you will receive a written service agreement specific to your engagement. That agreement — not this page — governs the commercial terms of our work.
Nothing on this website is a contract or a binding offer. Prices shown are starting points; final pricing is set in the service agreement.
We reply within ten minutes during waking hours, six hours overnight, and immediately for emergencies — every hour of every day. We tell you honestly whether we are the right house for what you are building, including when the answer is no. We treat your property, your guests, and your privacy with the same care we would want for our own. We work transparently — clear scope, clear pricing, clear reporting.
To do good work, we need you to share accurate information about yourself, your property, or your travel plans; to pay fees on the schedule defined in your service agreement; to grant us the access we need (for owners, this means listing accounts and property access); and to bring concerns to us directly and promptly when they arise.
Indicative pricing appears on the For Owners, For Travelers, and Membership pages. Final pricing — including any applicable taxes and currency adjustments — is set in your service agreement. Payments are processed by an external provider under their own terms. Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
Specific cancellation and refund terms are set in each service agreement so they can fit the nature of the engagement. As a general rule: property management can be ended by either party with thirty days' written notice; one-time engagements are non-refundable once delivery has begun; design fees on traveler bookings are non-refundable once work has begun; monthly memberships can be cancelled at the end of any billing period; annual memberships are non-refundable but may be paused or transferred at our discretion in extraordinary circumstances.
The content of this website — our writing, our brand mark, our editorial style — belongs to Maison Aladdin. You may share with attribution; you may not reproduce commercially without our written permission. Any work product we create for you under a service agreement (an audit, an itinerary, a playbook) belongs to you, on full payment.
We perform our services with the standard of care and discretion you would expect from a hospitality house. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from our work is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for the actions of third parties — booking platforms, payment processors, vendors, guests — beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Maison Aladdin is established at the time of engagement. Any dispute we cannot resolve directly will be addressed through good-faith mediation first.
These terms may change. The current version is dated above. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients and members; continued use of the site or services indicates acceptance.
