A review of how the house runs
We speak with you, and with whoever keeps the house, and read anything already written down. You receive a short written report: what works, what does not, and what we would change. The report is yours to keep, whether or not we go further.
The house manual
If you decide to continue, we write your standards down once, in a manual that remains yours.
The first stay
Everyone working in the house has been trained to the manual and has the day’s list. Your guests know whom to write to.
After every stay, a short note: what was done, what we noticed, what needs your decision. Nothing else, unless you ask.
